Picking Hooks

The Pickin Hook, a tool used by fisherman to assist in the removal of a fish from the net. For over a hundred years fisherman created custom carved pickin hooks from wood and other found materials. Over the years the advent of injection, molded plastics came into play. These models were bulky and ill-fitting to the hand.
